Product use： 
This device is suitable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, light industry, chemical industry such as thin alcohol recovery. Can also be applied to other solvent of methanol distillation. This device according to the requirements of users, can be 30% or so of the thin alcohol distillation to 90 degrees, 90 degrees alcohol alcohol, finished product, no matter how high degree requirements, can increase the reflux ratio, single output will decrease accordingly.

Recovery tower installed in addition to the requirements of the verticality of the tower, air tightness and stability, each tower section, the installation of corrugated packing is good or bad is the key to influence the efficiency. Specific requirements are： 
Each plate corrugated packing must level, all round with asbestos rope or ptfe material shavings filled in case of short circuit. Fillings may not use porcelain ring around or broken ceramics, in order to prevent the fillings sinking. Also not easy to rust, rotten material filling.  
Between the filler plate and plate should be close to, can not have clearance. Contact the two sets of corrugated packing direction show 90 degrees should be staggered。  
Each tower section at the ends of the filler surface and flange surface flat, so that the two tower section connection after the end of the two packing as far as possible the clearance between the small。
